We also value the flexibility and autonomy to balance work and personal needs in a way that works best for you.**About the Organization**:- Partner Service Management (PSM) is a Global function that is part of the larger Partner Operations organization.- We engage with Channel Partners (over 400 Distributors and over 9.6k Resellers globally) on topics related to the Payments they receive from HPE as part of different programs & processes.- The areas we cover are Channel Data Management (collecting Sell-Out / Inventory data from our Distributors), Channel Sales Incentives (Partner Compensation), Financial Claims (Rebates) and Market Development Funds. In doing so, our Partner Service Managers across AMS, EMEA and APJ make sure to explain every dollar paid, to every Partner, every single time they have a need or a question.- We interface between Channel & Contra Revenue Operations, Finance, Process SMEs, other functions, and our Channel Partners, providing one single voice to them in relation to the processes listed above, hiding internal complexity, and brokering with various internal functions for smooth payment & issue resolution.**About the Role**:- Represents HPE in front of Channel Partners (Distributors & Resellers) on topics related to claims & payments, along the following processes: Financial Claims, Partner Compensation and Market Development Funds
