This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least three days per week spent in the office.
Job Duties: Initiates and coordinates the processing of sales orders. Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders. Tracks sales shipment, delivery, billing, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when necessary. Responds to inquiries regarding status of orders and resolves customer order difficulties. Prepare customer pricing and proposals for identified opportunities. Ensure that all quotes are completed in a timely and consistent matter. Job Requirements: 2-4 years Order Entry experience, or 3 years general office, accounting, or customer service experience. The ability to understand technical, complex solutions and products is of great value to us. Must be professional and dependable, able to deal with both internal and external customer inquiries, very detail oriented data entry, proven ability to troubleshoot to resolution, strong systems skills. Professional communication skills and business etiquette required, able to multi-task and be proactive, must be able to efficiently organize, demonstrate a customer first perspective. Exceptional communication skills. Strong English language skills, written and verbal required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of Quantum products is a plus. Working knowledge of Secondary Storage (backup and archival) is a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle ERP, and/or Salesforce.com is a plus. Essential Functions: Must be able to sit for several hours in a row. Must be able to talk on the telephone for several hours in a row. Must be able to type and provide accuracy with details. Must be able to take criticism and act courteously with internal and external customers. Must be able to work well alone and as part of a team. Must be able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple demands/tasks. Must be able to work overtime during some periods throughout the year (ex. end of quarter).
