Industry experience in lieu of education.- Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience, strongly preferred.- Ability to learn specific sales service knowledge as is relates to the support of the Sales team and customers.- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (Intermediate, strongly preferred).- Strong organizational skills including demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload and manage in a multi-task environment.Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously in the work setting.- Demonstrated ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and effectively communicate, implement change
