Great workplace & commissions are waiting for you.**Personal Requirements**:1- Indistinct sex.2- 30 and over.3- 100 % English level at all 4 levels.**Main Objective**:Mentor, train and develop new staff enrollees into providing a successful moving service for our customers.**Critical Tasks Under the Responsibility of the Position**:1- Lead, supervise and motivate the new staff enrollees.2- Identify potential non-fit employees at the first days of training.3- Teach CRM and all systems management.5- Delivery of the correct procedures, rates, estimates and fees, script and rebuttal handling**Weekly Tasks Under the Responsibility of the Position**:1- Communicate every two days the performance of each new enrollee.2- Ensure correct follow up of rules and funnel distribution.3- Supervise quota reachment.4- Deliver enhanced training and feedback.5- Implement, and measure the success of sales training.6- Provide Sales Management and HRM courses of action on early sales KPI's and overall incidences.**What are we asking for?**- Proven Sales Training Experience.- Fast learner and quick witted- Leadership and people's skills- Self driven and self motivatedPay: $16,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
