We are currently searching for a Salesforce Functional Consultant:
Responsibilities: Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, DealCloud, and Service Cloud as a functional consultant.Gather and understand business requirements, including conducting requirement workshops.Conduct Fit-Gap analysis in Salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimations.Configure Salesforce for Sales and Service Cloud.Create requirement and functional design specifications, including use case creation and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Assess the impacts on functional design due to changes in functional requirements.Provide functional support for scope Salesforce applications.Conduct 'Train the Trainer' sessions on in-scope Salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users.Provide daily status reports and the ability to work as a Scrum master. Requirements: Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, DealCloud, and Service Cloud as a functional consultant.Ability to gather and understand business requirements and conduct requirement workshops.Experience in conducting Fit-Gap analysis in Salesforce and providing work effort and duration estimations.Salesforce configuration experience for Sales and Service Cloud.Experience in creating requirement and functional design specifications, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Salesforce certification in Sales and service is a must. Desired: Hands-on experience in Agile methodology.Excellent communication skills.Salesforce certification in Sales and service is preferred. Languages Advanced Oral English.Native Spanish.
