We enable clients in more than 55 countries to navigate their digital transformation.The RoleYou will be responsible for :Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development and other CRM initiatives.Ensuring the correctness of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.Continually testing and refining campaigns to gain insight and maximise usage and uptake.Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.Managing vendor relationship and deliverables.Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 3 years experience within a Salesforce experience, ideally within the Consulting industry.You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.You are adaptable and thrive in changing environmentsYou enjoy finding creative solutions to problemsYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardWhat's on Offer?Attractive Salary & BenefitsFlexible working optionsOpportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance#J-18808-Ljbffr
