**What you'll do?**
- **Demonstrate leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing Salesforce development staff**:
- **Experience in organizing, planning, and executing POD based development and implementation of Salesforce projects**:
- **Prefer a certified Scrum Master, or direct experience acting in a Scrum Master role for POD development teams**:
- **Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, implementing Salesforce Experience, Sales, and/or Service Cloud**
**What you'll bring**:
- **LANGUAGE: English, good verbal skills, with passable english reading and writing skills for planning and status documents and other deliverable documentation**
- **Prefer 5+ years experience with hands on Salesforce development experience, with requisite technical Salesforce certifications for Experience, Sales, Service cloud**
