.ResumenJob Overview: The SAP consultant is a role that will serve within Mubea's Regional Service Center (RSC) North America structure. This role will be responsible for SAP customizing, support and development of processes in the SWAP (Standardized Worldwide Applications and processes) system using industry and Mubea standard methodologies and the Mubea SWAP template content. This position will also work hands-on with the business partners (plant coordinators, divisional coordinators and key users), ITBA and RSC members and developers regionally and globally.Tareas y responsabilidadesEssential Functions:Responsible for writing detailed requirements and system specifications, testing, configuration, and problem solving.Will work to improve existing software and/or develop new software solutions to address specific needs or tackle business problems.Responsible for the technical design and solution built on business process description coming from business side, documentation of SAP solution components, configuration, and validation (testing) of the SAP Solution for appropriate applications/modules with a focus on field of expertise.Work as part of a Regional Service Center (RSC) team throughout North and South America on local and global projects following Mubea methodologies and template.Collaborate with other SAP Consultants on the design, development, testing, deployment, and user support for SAP applications.Provide support and owning the troubleshooting of issues within the module/field of expertise including the introduction of new solutions to business customers.Work on larger scale global and regional implementations as well as smaller, faster innovation challenges.Provide support for Finance accounting with the special focus on the interface from sales invoicing.Maintenance of the invoicing and e-invoicing parameters and setup for three Mubea countries – USA, Mexico, and Brazil.Support and bug fixing of Nota Fiscal (Brazil) and CFDI (Mexico).Sales EDOC and IDOC analysis and anchoring.Price and tax condition upload, changes and firefighting.Support and development of the output processing – EDI and printouts.Demonstrate commitment to continuous learning and personal development, including ongoing training and development in SAP.Proactively seeking opportunities related to SAP solution portfolio that might benefit Mubea.Provide support and consultancy to users on optimization of SAP system use and standard methodologies to improve value from existing IT solutions (SAP systems and other application integrated with it).Travel Requirement of 25%.Estudios / FormaciónRequired Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 3 years of relevant SAP project delivery and/or Business Analysis experience.Deep knowledge and hands-on experience (proven participation) on ECC 6.0 or S4/HANA SAP implementation projects
