Our mission is to have a positive impact not only on our customers but the world we live in!**How we do it**Through circular economy models we are bridging the gap between sustainability and profitability.**What you'll do on the team**As a SAP Manufacturing Consultant you will bring a deep knowledge of Plant Maintenance and Quality Management as you collaborate with Avvales clients to align technology solutions with their business strategies. You will uncover new opportunities for innovation by bringing deep functional and technical expertise and guiding clients to solutions that realize their full business potential. This will require you to understand the as-is business process of the customer and provide practical solutions in alignment with SAP capabilities and the Statement of Work.You will be responsible for:- At times, you will work autonomously with the client and participate in leading the presentation of standard SAP process flows, system demonstrations, and provide insight on how standard SAP processes can support the clients business process.- You will configure SAP Plant Management (PM) and Quality Management (QM) systems, test new functionality, and provide on-going support to the client through their SAP implementation- You will be responsible for detailed development of all aspects related to SAP Plant Management (PM) and Quality Management (QM), minding functional and technical integrations between activities, other teams and systems to ensure efficiency, integrity, and best practices.- You will be a trusted advisor by challenging assumptions, bringing up to date research, and original ideas that look beyond the obvious first answers, present pros and cons with supporting data to ensure Avvale implementations are adding value to the business and provide the best end-user experience.- You lead by example and serve as a mentor in the team by following best practices like thorough business process documentation and client requirements.- Your ability to communicate will allow you to build trust with the client and have tactful conversations that drive the innovation they are seeking. This will require you to direct tasks and work with varying levels of individuals, including managers, business owners and technical counterparts
