Technological solutions for the financial industry and headhunting of technology specialists.We have the knowledge to understand our client's challenges with our business model, and sector-wise experience allows us to offer our customers real end-to-end and solve the challenges they face today through our hunters and other tools we use.We are currently searching for an **SAP SuccessFactors Consultant**:**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree- Liaison between business and technical teams to define requirements (onsite and offshore).- ** At least +3 years of Experience in Success Factors - Employee Central Payroll**.- Ability to communicate with project team members, the client, and the client's customers, both verbally and clearly, concisely, and confidently in writing.- Defines business issues, data challenges, and solutions to fit business requirements.- Identifies breakdowns in technology and business processes.- Documents and analyzes required information and data.- Prepares detailed requirement specifications (functional and non-functional), wireframes, use cases, and business process recommendations.- This position may require travel to Project/client locations.
**Languages**- Advanced Oral English.- Advanced Oral Spanish.
