Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role is to provide support for the Purchasing of Indirect materials, Services and Capital items for Manufacturing and Warehouse operations for FLUS. This includes issuing Capital & Expense Purchase Orders, Receiving and Reconciliation of invoices. This role also interacts with suppliers and contractors to manage the flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders.
Your Impact: As SC Order Processing Analyst your functions would consist of:
Execute purchase request using SAP, Ariba, Oracle, MyBuy Purchasing systems and processes.Create capital and other goods and services (OG&S) purchase orders and receive invoices for capital projects.Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage flow of purchase payment instructions and change orders.Maintain and distribute purchase order packages to appropriate field personnel and authorized agents.Resolve purchase order and receipt of goods and services discrepancies.Demonstrate a solid working knowledge of the SAP, Oracle and Ariba purchasing systems.Provide training to new managers on purchasing policies and procedures, as needed. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar field preferred.Experience: Fluent in English required.Procurement process knowledge and 0-1 years of relevant experience required.Capital project, construction, accounting, or purchasing experience helpful.Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.Purchasing systems knowledge (Oracle, Ariba, SAP) helpful.Strong organizational skills.Solid computer skills with Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
