.The Scheduler plays a vital role in organizing and managing the schedules of motorcycle training sessions, instructors, participants, and resources to ensure that the training programs run smoothly and efficiently.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Training Session Scheduling**:- Coordinate and schedule motorcycle safety training sessions, ensuring that they meet the demand and availability of participants.- Plan sessions in a way that maximizes resource utilization and minimizes conflicts.**Instructor Coordination**:- Assign instructors to training sessions based on their availability, expertise, and qualifications.- Ensure that instructors have all necessary information and materials for their sessions.**Participant Management**:- Manage participant enrollments and registrations for training sessions.- Communicate with participants about session details, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling.**Venue Management**:- Coordinate with training venues to book and confirm locations for training sessions.- Ensure that venues are properly set up and meet safety standards.**Communication**:- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling-related inquiries from instructors, participants, and other stakeholders.- Provide clear and timely communication about schedule changes, updates, and other relevant information.**Conflict Resolution**:- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, such as double-bookings or resource shortages.- Communicate and negotiate with affected parties to find suitable solutions.**Record Keeping and Reporting**:- Maintain accurate records of training schedules and instructor assignments.- Generate reports instructor utilization and resource usage.**Compliance and Standards**:- Ensure that all training sessions comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.- Stay informed about changes in safety regulations and industry best practices.**Continuous Improvement**:- Gather feedback from participants and instructors to improve scheduling processes.- Implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training schedules.**QUALIFICATIONS**:**Education**:- A high school diploma is typically required.- An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is often preferred.**Experience**:- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or a related role.- Experience in the motorcycle training industry or a similar field is advantageous.**Skills**:- Strong organizational and time-management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Proficiency in scheduling software, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.**Attributes**:- Dependable and reliable.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism
