**About the job**

RHI Magnesita is looking for a Scheduling Sequencer in Tlalnepantla, MX!

The Scheduling Sequencer will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production planning and scheduling processes in our brick manufacturing company. Your main objective will be to guarantee efficiency and compliance with delivery deadlines, while maximizing the use of available resources and minimizing costs.

This position full time report to the Planning & Logistic Team Leader. The Scheduling Sequencer will travel both domestically and internationally with about 20% travel time.

**The Scheduling Sequencer's tasks include**:

- Develop and maintain a production master plan for the short, medium and long term, taking into account production capacity, expected demand and inventory levels.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules based on changing conditions, such as changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or machinery failures Identify new, innovative options for warehousing and management.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity in the production process.
- Track ongoing orders and provide updates.

**About you**

Do you have:

- Bachelor's Degree in in Supply Chain, International Business, Business Administration, or related
- 2- 5 years of experience in Production planning
- Continuous improvement tools.
- High conversational English
- Strong expertise in SAP is required
- Experience in Production planning (discrete manufacturing)
- Production planning follow-up
- Leadership role high
- Management of personnel
- Management of conflicts
- Goals keeper and KPI control.
- Safety management thinking.
