How will you make an impact- At the Tijuana IT Center of Excellence, you will be part of a SCRUM team that is capable of delivering robust software solutior multiple Business Partners of our Digital Marketing division. As Scrum Master, you will play an important role as part of an Agile SCRUM team that creates world-class digital merchandising experiencr our customers around the globe.Will you do- Provide your Agile/Scrum expertise and coachir a cross-functional development team to plan and complete softwaaturr new and existing products.- Use your skills to support the team, and promote a great working environment and team synergy.- Coach a cross-functional team on Agile and SCRUM values and principles.- Schedule acilitate all SCRUM ceremonies.- Collect andshowcase team-level metriom Jira to Business Partners, Stakeholders, and Leadership.- Escalate and manage issues outside the scope of the team.- Work with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Owner to ensure team preparedner PI Plannings, Inspect and Adapt and System Demo meetings.How will you get here- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Engineering disciplines.- 1- Years of hands-on Scrum Master Importante empresa. Showcase good knowledge of Agile and SCRUM.Skills, and abilities- Bilingual (English - Spanish)- Effective ability to lead and train teams through sprint planning, retrospectives, acilitation of multiple sprints within an enterprise environment.- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamworcilitation, and negotiation.- Strong leadership skills.- Ability to balance the long-term ("big picture") and short-term implications of individual decisions.
