Project Description The task is to be adept at overseeing multiple interconnected projects, with a focus on delivering high quality software releases. You will play a pivotal role in fostering Agile principles within the teams, facilitating Scrum events, and driving continuous improvement to achieve strategic objectives efficiently and effectively.
Technologies Jira What You'll Do Implement and manage Scrum and Agile practices, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions; Assist in the creation and definition of user stories across various initiatives; Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and documentation, ensuring transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders; Identify and realize business outcomes through the use of the most suitable and effective project management approach, methods, processes, and tools to ensure a high degree of delivery and solution quality; Coordinate development work across multiple team roles, including engineers, quality, analysts, and more; Monitor, report, and prioritize work across projects, identifying and mitigating risks, managing changes, and implementing corrective actions as necessary; Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback, and implementing best practices to enhance team performance and project outcomes; Foster team dynamics, encouraging collaboration, and ensuring team members are motivated and engaged; Job Requirements Understanding of Scrum practices, values, and principles with commercial experience; Experience in program management in a technology or software development environment; Leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and guiding teams and individuals, while fostering a collaborative and transparent environment; Proficiency with Atlassian software suite (Jira, Confluence); Experience managing software delivery across distributed/offshore teams; Communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences; Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously; Level of English - from Upper-Intermediate (spoken/written); What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes:
