Secondary Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Coordination: Oversee the daily operations of our Montessori Middle School program, ensuring alignment with the school's mission and vision.Curriculum Development: Collaborate with teachers to design, implement, and evaluate a rigorous and engaging curriculum and study guides that meet the needs of diverse learners.Student Support: Foster a supportive and inclusive environment, addressing the academic and social-emotional needs of students.Staff Supervision & Professional Development: Mentor and support middle school teachers, providing regular feedback and facilitating professional growth opportunities.Family Engagement: Build strong partnerships with families through effective communication, meetings, and community events.Administrative Duties: Manage schedules, budgets, and resources for the Middle School program.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred). Secondary I Credential is a plus.Minimum of 5 years teaching or administrative experience, preferably in Middle School education.Strong understanding of Montessori principles and innovative educational practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and families.Why Join Us?
