**Description**
Collaborate with one of our business partners, a leading regional sales and marketing solutions company entrusted with building brand value for clients and customers, as a part of their finance/accounting department.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of accounting experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains is a plus
- Microsoft Excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
- 1 year + of customer service or data entry experience or previous accounting experience doing similar work as described
- Self-motivated and strong attention to detail, good work ethic
- Excellent communication skills - being able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and written
- Experience working with US Clients - Business Level English
**Responsabilities**:
- Support monthly and year-end financial close, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Prepare documentation for external auditors
- Responding to audit information requests
- Work closely and collaborate with the finance team on a daily basis
- Fixed Assets reconciliations
- Bank Account reconciliation
- Credit Card reconciliations
- Analyze and summarize general ledger account information and financial trends
- Other ad hoc accounting/finance department work and duties assigned from time to time
