Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations timely, accurately, and in compliance with company guidelines around balance sheet reconciliationsPerform monthly close process to ensure books and records are accurately stated and all close procedures are completed around lease accountingmunicate process objectives, steps, and changes to ensure processes are performed in compliance with company close schedule.Identify and analyze process errors and anomalies (e.G., coding errors, variance analysis, etc.) to ensure customers receive thorough and accurate replir improving ineffective processes.Respond to internal customer escalations and exceptions to research and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.Work with global accounting anance personnel to assist regions in proper accounting of leases axed assets.Access Lease Accounting system to perform research and generate reporr monthly close procedures as well as ad-hoc analyses.Assist as needed in transition of woom other regionswhich may include traveling to sites, document processes, work-shadow, and performance of work.Provide project support as needed including systems testing and validation.About you:
