**Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Be integrally involved in on-boarding new clients including assessing their needs, and recommending scope of services and pricing- Supervise four to six team members (staff accountants and accounting assistants) and their delivery of client services- Contribute to the delivery of client services as needed- Manage client relationships, lead client meetings, and resolve issues in a timely way- Identify gaps in operational processes, and solve for maximum throughput/ efficiency- Track and manage team KPIs including profitability, billable hours, efficiency ratios, client satisfaction, retention- Oversee month-end closes and review monthly financials prepared by your team- Provide technical oversight of accounting and new accounting technology- Manage client assignments and workloads, making changes as needed- Hire and onboard new team members- Provide an environment where your team feels valued, respected, and has opportunities to flourish**Qualifications**:- 3+ years' experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software and Microsoft Excel- 5 to 7 years of accounting experience in a similar capacity, working with US companies- BA or BS in accounting (CPA preferred)- Thorough knowledge of GAAP- English language fluency - both oral and written- Management experience**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 45116, Zapopan, Jal.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- QuickBooks Online (QBO) accounting software: 3 years (required)- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (required)- working in similar capacity with US companies: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)- Spanish (required)License/Certification:- CPA (preferred)
