.**Dow has an opportunity as **Senior Administrative Specialist** based in **Mexico City(MEX),** the incumbent for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to management. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to high-level systems and operations.**:**Responsibility and Duties**:- **With a primary responsibility of supporting the Regional President, provide support to the regional and business leadership team as directed to ensure that regional and business goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.**:- **Manage communication between leadership and team members, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks.**:- **Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.**:- **Provides a wide variety of executive and administrative support to leadership and teams within a function, business or geography, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy.**:- **Prepares communications, and responses to inquiries on behalf of supported leader(s) with limited oversight.**:- **Monitors and tracks expenses against budgets; resolves discrepancies,and provides reports to cost center owner or budget manager.**:- **Acts as a resource for and provides guidance and coaching to administrative and staff with less experience.**:- **Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business and regions.**:- **Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.**:- **30 to 40% of the time will act as Human Resource local Focal point to support administrative activities: documentation and administrative support for hirings and terminations, coordination of local activities that need employee documents signature, receivable and distribution of HR cards, responsible for documents archive, contact with local government institutes, support for country labor/audits and any other support requested by HR team**.****Experience**:- **Advanced in English Language skills.**:- **Bachelor´s Degree.**:- **Experience in administrative role reporting directly to leadership.***:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with apti-**:**tude to learn new software and systems.**:- **Experience overseeing budgets and expenses.**:- **Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.****Skills and Qualifications**:- **Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable****and enjoysa challenge.**:- **Ability to exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy
