Senior Ai Engineer

Senior AI Engineer (LLM+RAG) with R skills Senior Time zone alignment with Europe (ECT) Responsibilities: Partner with the Data Engineers, Data and AI Scientists and cross functional teams to solve complex problems and to define, design, and ship new functionality using modern NLP technologies including LLM/RAG. Development of ML/Language models according to business and functional requirements. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Document and communicate the design and implementation details. Contribute to the AI team on technical decisions. What we expect: Experience with LLM+RAG agents and NLP solutions with web applications development experience.
Experience with LLM fine-tuning is a big plus Proven software development experience. Programming languages: Python AND R Good knowledge of R ecosystem, including R Shiny OpenAI Experience R based software package development experience Recent experience with AI/ML toolkits such as AWS Sagemager, Pytorch, Tensorflow, Keras or similar. Experience with cloud solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP) Experience with AI Chatbot application development Test-driven development, good coding practices Hands-on experience as a software developer (especially front-end) is a big plus.
