.At Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best.Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for analysis of Hyatt's consolidated financial results, budgeting/forecasting in support of Hyatt's Corporate departments, monthly close process, and assist in the preparation and review of key executive level materials including Quarterly Business Reviews, Board Presentations, and Earnings Releases. The role will also contribute to departmental reporting, prepare ad hoc analyses, and participate in projects as needed. This role has communication with all levels of management within the company including members of the Executive Committee and will partner with them in developing their annual budgets and updates to their forecasts. The individual in this role will primarily support Hyatt's Overhead business unit and assist in analysis of company-wide spend.Additional responsibilities include:Monthly Close reporting - Support the FP&A Senior Manager and Manager in consolidation of financial forecasts for all BUs. Responsible to update and maintain the monthly close template for Hyatt's corporate functions.Monthly Close reporting – Assist in analysis and preparation of presentation materials to Senior Leadership.Forecast and Pacing – Partner with Corporate department owners and BUs to consolidate, analyze and present monthly forecast and pacing within the global FP&A team and to leadership.Serve as primary point of contact with corporate business contacts on financial matters and related questions.Identify areas of opportunity and efficiency savings in areas of responsibility.Budget and Strat Plan – Coordinate with departmental owners to develop the Budget, Long Range Plan and related analysis compared to prior years and previous internal expectations.Leverage statistical and operational data to draw correlations between periodic operational and financial results, providing greater insight and decision-making abilities to senior management.Assist in preparation of various materials for Senior Leadership and Board Presentations as well as review of Earnings Release and related materials.Gather and report information for annual regulatory reporting as well as year-end audit reporting.Ad-hoc requests – Support and assist the FP&A Senior Manager and Manager in responding to ad hoc data requests from the Finance leadership team.Qualifications:2 to 3 years full-time experience in related work experience.Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbally).Significant attention to detail and ability to adhere to critical deadlines and standard work processes.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Knowledge of hotel industry and previous SEC and financial experience a plus.The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing
