**Your key responsibilities**
- Handle operations by conducting monitoring and QA for the daily production of MSCI Equity Risk Models
- Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with emphasis on quality and accuracy
- Assist our Sales and Client Relations Group in resolving client inquiries related to our content data and products.
- Work closely with our global data update teams and global data vendors
- Perform in depth analysis of data, analytics, and workflows in order to improve processes and/or develop new work tools in collaboration with Tech and Development teams
- Mitigate the impact of disruptions through proactive handling and communication
- Eliminate reoccurrence risks after disruptions
- Measure production performance and build intuitive and actionable metrics.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated strong interest in the capital markets, data, and risk management
- Good understanding of markets, finance, financial statements, and corporate events
- Interest and experience in process operations, process management and quality assurance
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a result oriented, team-driven organization
- Commitment to improving the business and customer experience
- An independent worker who can drive certain parts of the work with mínimal oversight and thrives in pressure.
