The Designer is responsible for the branding evolution of content across a variety of asset types and communication channels.This role will partner closely with our senior brand strategy team and design director. This role will allow for ample autonomy to shape the various types of content that is created for multiple channels across our clients' audiences.RESPONSIBILITIESBrand Identity DevelopmentCollaborate with stakeholders to understand the brand's values, mission, and target audience, working closely with the brand strategy strategy team to ensure in ensuring these strategic specifications is are visually represented. Create visual elements such as logos, colour palettes, typography, and imagery that embody the brand's essence. Conceptualizing and building brands from the ground up, working close with the brand strategy team and/or refreshing existing bandsBrand Guidelines CreationEstablish comprehensive brand guidelines outlining the usage of visual elements to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints.Ensure adherence to brand guidelines by internal teams and external partners.Logo DesignConceptualize and design logos that effectively communicate the brand's identity and resonate with its target audience. Create on logo designs based on feedback and market research to achieve optimal results.Graphic DesignDesign marketing materials, packaging, digital assets, and other branded collateral consistent with the brand's visual identity. Incorporate design principles such as typography, layout, and colour theory to create visually appealing and cohesive designs. Ensuring a cohesive brand visual architecture while creating design visuals and other assets.Brand Strategy SupportCollaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align design initiatives with broader brand objectives and marketing campaigns. Provide creative input and design solutions that support brand strategy and messaging.Brand CommunicationDevelop visual storytelling concepts that effectively communicate the brand's narrative and values across various channels. Create compelling visuals for social media, advertising campaigns, and other brand communications.Brand Evolution and AdaptationStay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to evolve and adapt the brand's visual identity over time
