This is where you can do your best work.Join us at the intersection of saving and sustaining lives—where your purpose accelerates our mission.Your role at Baxter:As a business analyst at Baxter, you will liaise with System/Solution Architects, Data Engineers, Process Owners, and Business partners to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and user productivity.
You will be committed to identifying and developing innovative solutions in a constantly evolving digital world to help implement critical initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, superb communication skills, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems to clearly convey complicated information to senior leadership.Your Team at Baxter:The mission of Baxter is to save and sustain lives.

Our patients come first, always.What you'll be doing:Collaborate with Quality System Management process owners and key partners to understand their needs and capture detailed business requirements.Capture and analyze data from Quality Management System processes to spot patterns, trends, and insights that can guide business choices and workflow improvements.Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements documentation.Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states based on business process owner requirements and pinpoint areas for automation and/or improvement.Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.Collaborate with IT and other groups to implement solutions and ensure solutions align with business strategic goals.Serve as a leader with a vision for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to partners and executives
