Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day system administration support for business unit-specific systems, including troubleshooting issues- Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements- Conducts thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvements- Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions- Creates and maintains reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators- Develops process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate current and future states of business processes; identifies bottlenecks and areas for optimization within existing workflows- Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose effective and efficient solutions- Provides input and conducts testing for the development and implementation of new systems or process enhancements- Communicates to internal stakeholders and trains end-users on new systems or process enhancements- Ensures business needs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders- Ensures implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards- Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement- Serves as business liaison for internal and external audits- Creates detailed business analysis and identifies improvement opportunities.- Conducts and moderates continuous improvement meetings to identify opportunities and proposed and manages improvement projects
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4 years experience required
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma Green Belt
- Project Management
- PowerBI
