.**Responsibilities**:**JOB SUMMARY**Senior Business Solution Analyst with expert knowledge of payments industry and payments markets, with a deep understanding of banks specific business and customer facing skills.Business Solution Analyst involves extensive customer interaction and service.Business Solution Analyst will assume a leading role in software delivery and implementation processes until deployment to the customer. The delivery and implementation process includes requirements analysis, design, configuration, software certification, etc.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Strategic Think Tank and governance body overseeing the End to End Solution Fusion GPP SP- Minimize customization and achieving the greatest value from the Product and to optimize the end to end solution- Provide coaching and direction to the delivery teams with respect to Fusion GPP SP design and architecture to ensure the delivery of a well integrated solution- Determine where the requirement fits within Finastra's Fusion GPP SP solution delivery (i.E. Client Specific Customization or Roadmap)- Provide Order of Magnitude estimates- Writing detailed business requirements (user stories) and functional solutions- Lead Customer requirements analysis workshops and effort estimations- Knowledge transfer to customer and internal stakeholders- Focal point for customers and internal teamsservices- Provide accurate and consistent statuses and reporting on different levels- Expert knowledge of GPP product rails, clearings and new roadmap initiatives,- Expert knowledge of Finastra software delivery and implementation procedures and relevant methodologies- Writing internal 'How-to' guides, training materials, and end-user documentation- Lead by example.**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED****General Profile**- Recognized as an expert within the job discipline and requires in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline and broad knowledge of other job disciplines within the job discipline group- Solves unique problems that have a broad impact on the business- Contributes to the development of global functional strategy in the context of area of expertise- Impacts the direction and resource allocation for programs or services; works within general organization policies and industry guidelines- Serves as an advisor to business segment, function or Finastra leadership; structures business decisions based on depth of professional expertise- Progression to this level is typically restricted on the basis of business requirements**Functional Knowledge/** **Business Expertise**- Is an expert in payments and have vast industry knowledge and expertise working with FedWires, Swift, Nacha and TCH Payments.- Has expertise of compliance and regulatory changes and supporting clients in preparation and implementation of such changes.- Regarded as the expert in payments in the broader team
