Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior C++ Developer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Europe. Our client is a leading global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities, and money markets. Founded in 1996, the company provides access to markets, data and analytics, electronic trading, straight-through processing, and reporting for more than 50 products to clients in the institutional, wholesale, and retail markets. The company's marketplaces facilitate trading in various asset classes, including rates, credit, money markets, and equities. It offers pre-trade data and analytics, trade execution, trade processing, and post-trade data, analytics, and reporting services. The company provides flexible order and trading systems to institutional investors. It also offers a range of electronic, voice, and hybrid platforms to dealers and financial institutions on electronic or hybrid markets with the Dealerweb platform and trading solutions for financial advisory firms and traders with the client's direct platform. The company serves the institutional, wholesale, and retail client sectors. The client serves over 2,500 clients in more than 70 countries. Its customers include banks, asset managers, central banks, pension funds, and insurance companies.- Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of C++ experience in Windows environment utilizing object-oriented techniques, good testing methodology, and high quality.
- Experience in multi-threading, STL, Distributed Systems on the recent projects.
- MS SQL server preferred.
- Working in the fintech domain on the past 2 projects ideally, or at least 1.
- Algorithm knowledge.
- Will be a plus:
- Experience in developing high throughout, low latency, resilient software.
- Knowledge of Python/JavaScript programming.
- Experience with Big Data.

- Must have the ability to work in a small team with good communication skills and the ability to interact with technical team members as well as non-technical business teams.
