Our main goal is to drive the brand campaigns linked specifically with our top priority content verticals of our platform to strengthen and amplify the power of our global community. Our team vision is to develop innovative narratives that empower our community within top content categories to connect with their audiences.**Responsibilities**:- Local marketing campaign execution, local insights, planning, and operation.- Collaborate in the conceptualization and execution of multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness, likeability, and adoption in our key target categories and audiences.- Create and execute branding and marketing plans to support overall product development.- Work in partnership with the regional Operations team, Media, Brand & Creative, cross-functional teams, and external partners to execute local marketing strategies and ensure the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.- Research local market trends and user demands, gather customer and market insights to inform outreach and operations strategies, and provide support in execution.- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.- Identify key external partners and events to support all of our in-market activities.**Qualifications**:- Experience in a marketing or agency environment, working closely on campaign development and media.- Entrepreneurship and ability to draw insights from data.- Knowledge of Social Media platforms and content business.- Outstanding organization skills; ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple requirements and projects.- Excellent written and presentation skills.TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
