Senior Clinical System Designer Responsibilities:
- Lead CRF design and manage 2+ clinical data management systems.
- Interpret clinical trial protocols to design CDMS components.
- Serve as primary point of contact for complex study build queries.
- Oversee CRF creation, system requirements documentation,
and edit check specifications.
- Manage system releases, track project timelines, and identify out-of-scope tasks.
- Lead study kick-offs, eCRF reviews, and participate in bid defenses/client demonstrations.
- Support change management and post-production database modifications.
Leadership:
- Mentor junior team members and provide training.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to team development.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Strong communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel (~10%).
