***Monitoring Anexo 24 operation, elaborate and execute customs plans for processing day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by VERTIV**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Customs Documentation Preparation:- Temporary Imports and Exports- Definitive Imports and Exports- Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.- Inbound trades regulations- US Customs documentation- Prosec, Rule 8th- Certificates of origin- Customs documents audit and validation- Procedures- Catalogs- Payments**QUALIFICATIONS****Minimum Job Qualifications**:- Proficient on Annex 31- Proficient on Annex 24- ORACLE ERP Systems (interfaces)- Customs law and Regulations knowledge- Judgment, problem solving tools.- Ethical- Critical thinking- Teamwork- Audit Experience**Preferred Qualifications**:- Desired exposure to lean logistics and Customs Operational Excellence**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**- Bachelor's degree in international Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems- 5+ years of Experience in International Trade/Business
