The person shouldhave a history of creating/developing Autopilot builds.**Experience in implementing/deployment(s)/upgrading and supporting technically complex**:Environments. The person must demonstrated a strong commitment to teamwork andmentoring.Overall, 10-12 years of experience with relevant IT Experience.**Technical skills**- Expert on PowerShell & VB Scripting- Advance knowledge on Operating System Deployment & Imaging techniques- Expert on using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit and creation of Reference Image- Creation of SCCM Task Sequence based build and in-depth troubleshooting skill- Expert on Intune based device build creation and management.- Creation of Policies, Profiles on Intune- Extensive troubleshooting skill on Device enrolment.- Windows 10 & 11 advanced level technical support experience with advanced knowledge of the Windows registry, file and folder security, local/domain user security, and operating system troubleshooting- Windows Server Active Directory technical support experience with advanced knowledge of OU structures, AD security, local, group policy and Intune based policies.- Knowledge of ITIL processes & Best Practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, etc) is required
