**We are searching the best talent for SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST to be in Juarez, Mx or Zug, Switzerland.

**Purpose**:
The Sr. Finance Analyst will be a part of the MedTech TranSCend Finance team supporting the MedTech Project LEGO
Initiative, a multi-year global cross-franchise initiative to optimize MedTech's supply chain flow and simplification of its
overall operating structure.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Ownership and accountability of the project's investment Balance Sheet and P&L Actual and Forecasting process.
This includes all aspects of controlling, journal entry execution, account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, fixed asset management, consolidations, planning the meetings, preparing, and presenting content, and leading presentations with Project and Finance Leadership Team.
- Partner with the project budget owners and teams to get in-depth knowledge of the budget components, ensuring accurate reporting by pillar, and understanding business drivers for variances, project benefits and run cost
- Proactive partnership with all areas (finance and non-finance) in TranSCend Program to drive further accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with various Finance stakeholders including MD SC Finance, Commerical/Regional Finance, GroupFinance and Enterprise SC Finance on managining the impact and outcome of the variousinvestments/projects
- Drive continuous process improvements in reporting & analytics for Finance TranSCend Program
- Act as a liaison with the Ethicon supply chain organization on FP&A related activities.
- Ad Hoc related projects as needed

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- Minimum of 3-5 years finance experience, preferably gained in a large or medium-sized organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical approach to thinking and working
- Self-motivated and proven ability to remain flexible, prioritize and respond to changing needs of the business
- Proactive and result oriented mind set
- Strong influencing & communication skills
- Team player and confident communicator, ability to lead conversations with senior team members
- Fluency in English (written & oral)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- CPA/CMA or equivalent
- SAP Knowledge
