Reporting to Supply Chain Finance Manager, this role will provide financial support and analysis for the CSS Supply Chain Product Management organization. This position will be part of the broader CSS and Ethicon Supply Chain FP&A teams.**Key Responsibilities**:- Support New Product COGS analysis, gross profit and make/buy analysis, presentations for senior management, enterprise reporting, industry benchmarking and strategic data analysis.- Business partnership with cross-functional finance (i.E. Innovation Finance) and business teams (i.E. SC, R&D, Commercial, etc.) for areas of responsibility- Support ad hoc analyses on Gross Profit- Provide financial leadership and guidance to Product Management business partners on expense, capital, and headcount budgets.- Own responsibility for the Ethicon Product Management creation, consolidation, maintenance, and presentation of budgets to the leadership team and preparing business recommendations based on the analysis of these budgets.- Execute applicable month-end close responsibilities (journal entries and account reconciliations, capital and expense result reviews and corporate submissions).- Support Product Management through forecast cycles (i.E. BP, JU, NU), including presenting any budget updates, as well as risks and opportunities to Senior Management.**Qualifications**- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related business field is required- A minimum of 3 years of accounting, finance or business-related experience is required- Cost accounting experience is preferred- An MBA, CMA and/or CPA is preferred- Strong analytical, financial modeling and accounting knowledge is required- Proven track record of influencing/leading peers and business partners and interacting with Sr. Management is preferred- Strong communication, project management, presentation and collaboration skills are required- Ability to make independent decisions and manage simultaneous deadlines is required- Proficiency with MS Excel required- SAP and TM1 experience preferredThe anticipated base pay range for this position is 85,000 to 120,000
