Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst.
**What you'll do**:
- This position will support the Reynosa Filtration operation in establishing reporting tools, product costing and analysis and develop controls for the recently established Filtration Operation in Reynosa.
- Coordinate monthly closing and forecast process, assist in preparation of the results commentary and management reporting.
- Document existing processes, utilizing value stream mapping, identify opportunities for improvement and implement those improvements.
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, analyzing each account to assure balances are appropriate, adequately documented and implement corrective ctions to resolve aged items; including GRNI.
- Reconcile, maintain and create Intercompany invoice transactions on a monthly basis in compliance with company policy.
- Manage capital spending process
- Review MFG Pro BOM's, Routings, and Item Masters to assure completeness, accurate costing, and that the corresponding inventory transactions are being recorded properly.
- Work with plant personnel to identify cost reduction opportunities and help to increase the financial understanding of operational staff.
- Prepare monthly analysis of financial information to support operations.
- Maintain standard cost for materials in inventory.
**Qualifications**:
Undergraduate degree in accounting or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
3 to 5 years of previous experience
**Skills**:
Knowledge and understanding of Corporate, Division and Plant reporting policies, knowledge of Corporate key measures-productivity, business scorecard, forecast and budgets, Strong MS Office skills and ERP systems (preferably Mfg/Pro).
Strong communication skills to interface effectively across all levels of the organization, Strong organizational skills enabling him/her to deal with multiple high priority duties.
