Team Overview:
Our team is responsible for user acquisition for the Credit Card business in Mexico. We work closely with Product, Marketing, Partnership and other relevant teams to explore different strategies for acquisition and drive growth from swift testing and improvements.

We hope you are familiar with user acquisition methodologies and practices, and more importantly, we hope you have a strong sense of ownership and motivation, and can work with cross-functional teams to drive collaborative solutions.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for user acquisition from different channels. Generate user growth by leveraging internal and external channels and partnerships.
- Responsible for planning and executing channel strategies. Carry out testings to explore and optimize, review and analyze performance and optimize swiftly based on the results.
- Responsible for market and user insights. Carry out regular user and competitor researches to understand user motivations and painpoints, market innovations and trends, and potential growth opportunities.

Role Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in user acquisition
- Experience in marketing and partnerships could be a plus.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Strong result & data orientation thinking.
- Proactive, self-motivated and excellent team player.
