*Position Overview:- *100% Remote Position*- *Must speaknglish*- We are seekg an experienced and strategic-minded Senior HR and Business Strategy Manager to lead our Human Resources department while also driving key business initiatives.
This dual-role position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage HR functions and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.- Your initial title will be Human Resources Assistant until you have proven to be Human Resources Director.- I am seeking an individual with a strong inclination for improving and developing processes, critical thinking, and logical reasoning.
Must possess the ability to strategize like in chess, considering multiple moving parts and anticipating ahead, rather than like in checkers.
*Key Responsibilities:*- *Human Resources Leadership:* Oversee all HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and legal requirements.- Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.- As the Human Resources Director, you will report directly to our CEO and oversee all HRAs and Human Resources processes and projects.- *Strategic Business Management:* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.- Analyze business performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.- Drive initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business processes.- Lead cross-functional projects to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
*Requirements:*- *Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.
*- *18-month minimum commitment required- * Proven experience in business strategy development and execution.- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.- Strong project management and organizational skills.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities- Process-mindedness, continuous improvement, and critical thinking are a must- *Expert in using technology*, specifically in using Google Workspace -- adroit with Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc, we use these all the time so you have to be good and fast with all.- *SMART.
High IQ*, incisive logic, strong analytic ability, fast learning, and crisp communication.- Takes ownership of the important role that HR holds in an organization.
