.Senior Human Resources Onboarding SpecialistThe Opportunity:Under moderate supervision, provide support to the Talent Acquisition department. Post open positions on the company's intranet and external websites. Identify and engage potential candidates for current openings or to build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Conduct initial phone screenings. Schedule calls and interviews. Communicate with candidates promptly and assist candidates when onsite for interviews.This role provides a wide variety of administrative and support services. Responsibilities include monitoring candidates after the offer stage of the interview process, administering and monitoring pre-employment screening requirements, providing updates to hiring managers and candidates, and processing new hires in Workday. Supports programs and projects as assigned. Makes contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.In this role, you will report to the Supervisor, Talent Acquisition-Shared Services and support our Talent Acquisition activities teams across the Western Hemisphere. This onsite role will be based in Mexico City, Mexico.EXPERIENCE:Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred (Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred); Experience: Entry-level position.
