.Playa Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Internal Communications Manager to oversee and drive the internal communication strategy across multiple locations in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective communication strategies and fostering a strong sense of community and engagement among employees across all regions.Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive internal communication strategy for Playa Hotels & Resorts, ensuring consistent messaging across all mediums and platforms for various hotels and departments within the organization.Spearhead the internal marketing campaigns aimed at fostering a positive employee experience and promoting a vibrant company culture.Lead communication efforts on SuccessFactors, including developing content, coordinating updates, and ensuring timely and effective messaging to all associates.Plan, edit, design, and produce engaging content for various internal media outlets, including the monthly "Life At Playa" bulletin, internal social media channels, and regular email newsletters.Establish and maintain the standardization of digital brand materials for human resources, including storyboard ideas for creative communication methods such as video production, photography, and graphic design for all communication channels.Oversee the creation and production of visual materials for employee areas, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's brand identity and values.Monitor the implementation of employee programs and manage a digital assets library, providing HR brand materials in multiple languages for use across all resorts within the company.Lead the implementation of the Communication Champions initiative, ensuring the effective execution of the Internal Comms strategy across all hotels in the company's four regions.Coordinate and manage content for the corporate new intranet, ensuring timely updates and relevant information for all employees.Collaborate closely with the Corporate Marketing team on key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment and synergy between internal and external communication efforts.Act as a key liaison between different departments, resorts and regional offices, facilitating effective communication flow and ensuring all internal communication efforts are in line with the company's overall objectives and values.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in internal communications, preferably within the hospitality industry or a similar fast-paced environment.Proven experience in managing and leading a team, with a strong track record of mentoring and developing direct reports
