Job Profile

- Degree in Accounting
- Over 7 years experience in a manufacturing/maquiladora environment
- Ability to develop and analyze standard costs and bills of material
- Understanding of product costing – Component cost (raw material, labor, and manufacturing overhead) and freight
- Experience evaluating the variances in inventory costs
- Advanced experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Management of ERP system
- Fluent in English
- Positive attitude and an ability to work with your team and cross-functionally

Key Responsibilities

- Allocating direct and indirect costs to products and services

- Analyzing historical costs (materials, labor, equipment depreciation, repairs, assembly, operating costs, etc.)
- Developing variance analysis reports comparing actual to budgeted costs
- Calculation, analysis, and correction of efficiencies in standard costs
- Participate and provide support in cost cuts and continuous improvement projects
- Assist with the annual physical inventory and reconciliation
- Participate in month-end closing and forecast processes
- Support the Finance department in any other requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Torreón, Coah.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
