SUMMARY:Responsible for the development of data architecture in support of key business areas.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Stylemargin:Top:0; margin:Bottom:0:Work closely with teams to collect and translate information requirements into data and business models:Exploreexistingdata structuresand create logical data models representing business data requirements and easily accessible, secure data aligned with business strategy.:Identifying data sources, both internal and external, and develop a plan for data management that is aligned with organizational data strategy.:Develop diagrams representing key data entities and their relationships:Ensures the data architecture will support the business requirements:Design Databases to support business requirements:Work with developers and DBA's to implement Databases to support business requirements:Understand and communicate impact of system requests and changes as it relates to data structures and processing:Work with clients to validate, investigate, report, and resolve data issues:Provide guidance on data and reporting, and research data related issues:Ensure timely execution andsupport in conjunction with key internal/external deadlines:Use JIRA board to track issues, requests, progress, and workQUALIFICATIONS:Stylemargin:Top:0; margin:Bottom:0:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience:5:7 years' experience supporting Data systems:Experience with Data Engineering related tools:Proficiency in data modeling and design, including SQL development and database administration:Strong analytical skills and attention to details:The ability to recognize functional interdependencies and cross:Silo redundancies:The ability architectural principles to business solutions:A broad, enterprise:Wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes, and capabilities, and enabling technologies:Ability to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirements:Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team:Detailed analytical and investigative skills:Persuasive in asserting the boundaries of systems and processes:Ability to be flexible and work urgently in a time sensitive environment
