The Sr. CRM Manager is a key member of the customer relationship management (CRM) team and is focused on understanding and harvesting opportunities to drive upgrades from the ViX ad-supported video streaming product to the ViX+ subscription video streaming product and focus on driving higher engagement for AVOD and SVOD users. This person will understand the value proposition of the subscription product and communicate that value through all available channels. They will plan, test, execute and track results for each touchpoint and develop highly efficient and effective ongoing campaigns. S(he) will own and track against monthly targets.

YOUR DAY-DAY:
- Drive upgrades to the subscription streaming video service- Increase engagement on both AVOD and SVOD- Use data to develop multi-channel marketing strategies using all available and emerging marketing channels- Develop and test hypotheses to evaluate optimal approaches for increasing upgrades- Utilize robust A/B testing strategy to continually improve performance- Partner with key groups, such as product, data analytics, strategy and acquisition marketing to maximize product upgrades- Develop best practices to understand what to message, which channels to use and who to contact about upgrading product- Report performance and insights on campaigns, customer behaviors, tests and other findings to leadership- Work closely with head of CRM for ViX & ViX+ as well as peers who own other CRM journeys
YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree required- 3-5 years of marketing experience working with a subscription-based product, e.g, streaming, SaaS, other media or similar- 3 -5 years developing and executing CRM campaigns in support of growing subscription services- Experience working with a CRM Tool (e.g. Braze or similar)- CRM or Lifecycle experience launching customer campaigns and testing new channels to increase revenue targets- Understanding of how to communicate product value to drive upgrades- Data literate and able to understand and consume the output of data visualization tools and dashboards- No prior management experience required- Spanish and English language fluency
