**Sr. Manager, Brand and Graphics**
**Job Summary and Main Responsibilities**:
**Key Functions and Proportions**:
**Design Production (80%)**:
- Develop premium visual content, including but not limited to marketing materials, digital assets, promotional items, presentations, and advertisements for both print and digital platforms, in support of service offerings, industry practices, and nationwide campaigns and programs.
- Craft designs for lead generation programs, social media campaigns, proposals, presentations, and recruiting drives.
- Supervise and nod to final designs, graphics, and layouts before publication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and implement creative strategies that align with the brand identity and company goals.
- Uphold the brand's consistency and integrity across all design materials and platforms.
- Enforce brand guidelines and stylistic standards.
**Project Management (20%)**:
- Steer multiple design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks and timelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to augment in-house capabilities while overseeing outsourced project timelines to maximize productivity.
- Administer file-sharing platforms for creative materials, ensuring all MacroFab marketing personnel can access the developed marketing collateral.
**Additional Duties**:
- Remain abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in design and creativity to keep the team at the cutting edge of innovation.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5 to 7 years of proven experience in a similar role, with a rich portfolio that exhibits creative leadership and a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.). Experience with video/dynamic ad creation is a plus.
- Robust project management skills, including the capacity to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing a creative team, inclusive of hiring, training, and performance assessment.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Impeccable time management skills, with a steadfast commitment to meeting deadlines.
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Comprehensive understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- An acquaintance with marketing and advertising concepts is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is advantageous.
