Eaton's VEH NAA North America Auto division is currently seeking a Senior Materials Planner.
**What you'll do**:Carry out materials planning to production area in a clear, based on the analysis of customer requirements precise and reliable way.
Plan, control and manage the final assembly and inventories levels to comply with demand requirements.
Provide requirements to supply base for meeting production schedules and follow-up on delivery and other supplier issues as needed.Carry out all activities according to Eaton's Ethics and Values.A.
Maintain and control within min/max levels the items under the assigned MRP planner & the assigned US Planner (Adopt a US planner program).B.
Maintain ASN receiving aging in the right levels, make sure to solve any issues to avoid credit hold risk.C.
Communicate and escalate any major issue that may affect production plan.D.
Create weekly releases to suppliers, make sure to receive acknowledge for the weekly release.E.
Analyze and close any action item given during the Tier Functional meeting.G.
Create action items for low performance suppliers and make sure those are closed timely.H Solve any OS&D issue timely.I Set meetings with low performance suppliers until recovery is completedJ Create DMR's for suppliers that may affect production with loss time, over time or premium freight.K Debit (recover) any charge attached to the DMR.L Production plan for aftermarketLI-DS1**Qualifications**:Business Bachelor Degree (Industrial Eng.
Preferred).+ 3 experience years as Material Management (Direct material).
