These responsibilities include some of the following: Develop and maintain peer-to-peer collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the therapeutic area of interest (e.G. respiratory, allergology). Identify and engage the external community appropriately in robust scientific dialogue that generates insight and advances scientific and medical understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the access strategy. Support clinical development initiatives, including site identification, trial recruitment, registry, and follow-up activities across the continuum (investigator sponsored studies, collaborative sponsored studies, GSK sponsored studies). Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with applicable regulations, standard operation procedures, and industry practice. Adhere to all GSK safety guidelines and procedures. Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Based in Guadalajara or Monterrey. Bachelor's degree in medicine with proven experience in the respiratory or allergology field. 2-3 years in the position (MSL) and therapeutic area (respiratory or allergology). English level: advanced. Demonstrable knowledge on the Private and Public Healthcare Systems, including guidelines and ways of working of private insurance companies, healthcare organizations, general health council and local regulatory agency. Work within matrix teams and have a strong ability to influence and align the team and strategy to seize the opportunities identified with external organizations.
