The company builds apps, websites, eCommerce platforms, and experiences that create value for humans.Requirements:- At least 4+ years of professional programming experience with.NET framework in general.- At least 2-year of experience with.NET Core.- A good grasp of using multiple testing frameworks and best practices.- Solid understanding of web technologies in general.- Expertise in SQL, and NoSQL databases (e.G. PostgresSQL, DynamoDB, Redis).- Expertise in basic Linux DevOps practices, AWS, Azure, and other cloud infrastructures.- Knowledge of Docker containers.- Ability to work independently in an agile environment.- Top-notch communication skills.- The resilience to work in a flexible agency environment.- The ability to be a highly collaborative team player.Responsibilities:- Design and implement high-quality, test-driven backend code for various client projects using.NET Core (C#).- Develop and enforce design-driven APIs to support all the FE teams.- Create and maintain building and deployment pipelines using various CI tools for AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms.- Make and support documentation, implement and follow best practices for development workflow.- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure deadlines are met.- Bring ideas to the table to ensure we produce the best solutions for the clients.- Stay current on changes in technology and keep adding to your skillset.- Lead a cross-functional team of UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and content specialists.- Manage each project's scope and timeline.- Coordinate grooming, planning, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.- Coach team members in Agile frameworks.- Facilitate internal/external communication and effective collaboration.- Be the point of contact for external communications with the client's Canadian offices (e.G., from customers or stakeholders).- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.- Help teams implement changes effectively.- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.- Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.Will be a plus:- Experience with other programming languages & frameworks: Node.Js, Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails.- Experience with E-commerce SaaS Products (Optimizely Commerce Cloud or Sitecore).- Experience integrating with 3rd party services such as OneSignal, Braintree, Zinc API, Millicast.- Experience with container orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes, AWS Fargate, or Docker on Azure.- Knowledge of Cloudformation, Terraform, and serverless computing
