.OverviewThis senior partner leads, designs, implements, and advises on complex People and Culture programs and policies, including performance management, talent management, discipline, compensation, benefits, equal opportunity and employee relations. The senior partner works to build trusted partnerships and shared accountability with staff and leaders by aligning People and Culture initiatives to neighbor's strategic priorities. For this particular role, the primary purpose will be to facilitate organizational accountability and integrity through prevention, detection and investigations of employee misconduct within Compassion. You will be responsible for conducting moderately complex investigations and preparing investigation reports to communicate findings to management amd supporting the recommendation of safeguards to eliminate future breaches. You will also contribute to the establishment of systems and standards for conducting employee investigations.What will you do?Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
