Human by nature.**Sr. Process Engineer, your future position?**- Reporting to the Process Technology Team Lead, you'll manage the entry of new products into the plant, ensuring process conformity and product quality. Improve and standardize the industrial processes of flavor technologies to increase efficiency, produce repeatability in the processes and reduce production costs.- Your** main responsibilities **will be:- Generate and review manufacturing instructions for flavors manufactured in plant.- Manage production versions according to the requirements of the manufacturing team.- Follow up on new flavors manufactured in plant.- Support in process adjustments required in the manufacturing process- IPQC monitoring and request for flavor specification updates- Participate in troubleshooting exercises in the production area as a technical specialist.- Improve production processes through statistical process control strategies- Develop and implement process standards and routines for quality and efficiency improvements- Yield and scrap management of production processes- Perform in-plant testing for production process improvement- Manage batches in rework for recovery.- Perform technical visits to Tollers for selection and approval of Tollers.- Perform tests in tollers for process validation.- Use Lean tools in their activities and work area.- Maintain updated indicators of the area- The position is based in **our Taste & Wellbeing site located in Cuernavaca, Morelos **with an onsite working model and requires**Your professional profile includes**:- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Industrial, Food or Chemical Engineering- 4 years of experience in similar roles
