**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the implementation of the MES system and oversee its maintenance and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for manufacturing projects.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and project budgets.
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of the MES system.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in MES implementation and project management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, including MES, ERP, and automation systems.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SQL, Oracle, or other relational databases
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the design and implementation of shop floor systems is required.
- Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants
- ERP (SAP / Mfg/Pro) systems experience
- Extensive interactions with people, teams, and organizations
- Good blend of people skills and technical/functional skills and knowledge
- Excellent Multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities throughout the working day
- Comfortable with situations that include ambiguity and complexity.
