ROLE PURPOSE
This role will be responsible for overseeing the allocation and optimization of resources across various projects. This role involves strategic planning, resource forecasting and the development of capacity plans. The Senior Analyst, Resourcing will be responsible for ensuring that all teams have the necessary resources to achieve their objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize the use of personnel.
- Collaborate with people managers, account leads and department heads to understand resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain resource plans and schedules to support project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze resource data and generate reports to provide insights into resource availability and utilization.
- Identify potential resource constraints and develop mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with finance and procurement teams, providing accurate, timeline data that can be used to inform hiring decisions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in resource management practices.

- Regular communication with senior management, Finance and HR colleagues, and able to consistently provide accurate, reliable data used to drive business decisions.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
**Essential**:
1. Proven experience as a Senior Resourcing Analyst, Production Scheduler or in a similar role.
2. BS or BA degree, or three or more years work experience in an equivalent role and industry.
3. Strong knowledge of resource management and/or production scheduling principles and best practices.
4. Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable communicating and collaborating cross-functionally
5. Able to work successfully in a global environment with geographically dispersed teams, and able to maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate time differences with a global workforce.
6. Proficiency in using resource management or production scheduling software and tools, and expertise with use of the Microsoft Office suite of tools.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully manage multiple competing priorities.
**Desirable**:
Experience managing resources at a Contract Resource Organization and/or Pharmaceutical or Biotech company.
